DiresQ
Every disaster app tells you where the disaster is.
DiresQ tracks the people going into it.
When a flood hits, volunteers self-deploy — a neighbour with a boat, a
cousin with a truck. Nobody logs it. Four people end up at the same
car in a creek while a street two blocks away has nobody at all, and
when someone stops answering their phone, there is no record that they
ever went out.
DiresQ logs who went where, holds them to a check-in timer, and turns
the board red when somebody goes quiet. If they stay quiet, it files a
report about them at their last known position, because a red row only
helps if somebody is looking at the board.
